DELIVERIES

For all UK Mainland deliveries there is a flat rate delivery charge of £7.99p for each item. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. At this time it is not possible to calculate shipping for orders outside of the UK Mainland using our web store. For orders outside of UK mainland please contact us to quote delivery charges.

All deliveries will be registered and will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 48 hours you may incur a re-delivery charge.

RETURNS & BREAKAGES

If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange please post the undamaged item in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase to the studio.

If a breakage should occur, please do not throw the item away. Keep it in it's packaging and inform us of the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods otherwise we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred.

The shippers might want to collect the items. In addition to this photographs are a great help to us, so remember to please keep the faulty goods until we have resolved the issue.

FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

If customers wish to change an order once placed email us immediately on johnpiperstudio@gmail.com or +44(0)7930 710550 and we will endeavour to help, but please be aware that some order confirmations are sent directly to our warehouse for dispatch and outside working hours and during holiday this might not be possible to control.

Also be aware that John Douglas Piper is based in the UK and therefore time differences might occur.

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and the EU may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by John Douglas Piper (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

John Douglas Piper is not liable for these additional taxes or duties.

OUR COMMITMENT

We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 14 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). 
Please note that our couriers deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliveries.

COMPLAINTS

Should you have a complaint of any nature, no matter how big or small, then please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible on the details below. All communications will remain totally confidential and will be dealt with promptly (usually within 48 hours Monday to Fridays) and fairly. We will then endeavour to keep you completely informed with the progress.

PRIVACY POLICY 

John Douglas Piper complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. An opt-out option is available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter we may send you.

​In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Our website cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .
